Hey everyone! I had a bit of a hiccup this morning with my Alexa Dot. There was a brief power outage, and now I’m having trouble getting it back up and running. I’ve restarted my Wi-Fi router, confirmed it’s working, and tried resetting the device using the Alexa app on my phone and iPad. Unfortunately, I keep getting either a ‘Wi-Fi not working’ message or it asks me to enter the password for one of two Wi-Fi networks, which I’ve done multiple times with no luck. I’ve also tried entering the passwords for both networks, but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Any tips or tricks you might have to get it back online? I’d really appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks in advance!
