Hello everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’m having with my Zigbee devices. I recently replaced the batteries in a couple of my Zigbee devices, but after doing so, they went ‘unavailable’ in my system. I followed the usual troubleshooting steps, like checking the network and ensuring the firmware is up-to-date, but the problem persists. I’m curious if there’s a specific process or workaround to reset these devices without having to remove and re-pair them, which would be a hassle. I’ve heard that sometimes devices can be stubborn after a battery change, but I’m not sure what else to try. Any advice or tips from the community would be greatly appreciated! I’m really hoping there’s a solution out there that can save me from re-pairing everything. Thanks in advance for your help!
