Hello everyone, I’m reaching out regarding an issue I encountered after a recent internet outage. While the outage itself was brief, it seems to have caused some lingering connectivity problems with my Alexa-enabled devices. Despite all devices appearing functional within the SmartThings app, Alexa is reporting that they’re not responding when I attempt to activate them. I’ve already tried the usual troubleshooting steps, including rebooting the hub and initiating a device discovery process, but unfortunately, these haven’t resolved the issue.
I’m curious if others have experienced similar problems following internet disruptions. Are there any specific troubleshooting techniques or workarounds that have proven effective in such situations? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
