Roller Shade Controller T1S swap buttons

Hi folks!

Isuccessfully installed the Roller Shade Controller T1S and everything works fine. However, I have an issue: if I reverse the lifting direction in the app, the app shows the correct open/closed status of the shade, but on the physical controller the arrow buttons are reversed. If I disable the direction reversal in the app, then the arrows on the physical controller work correctly, but in the app it’s the opposite — the shade is open, but the app shows it as closed.

What should I do? Any ideas?

Hello @hajdeosk
You should contact support@aqara.com with this issue. This may be a known issue and you can’t change the direction on the remote, or it may just be a bug. We need help @Aqarateam
