Hey everyone, I’m reaching out for some assistance with my Schlage BE469zp lock. After using it seamlessly with SmartThings for eight years, I decided to switch to Hubitat for better integration with my other smart devices. However, I’m encountering some issues during the setup process.
I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including replacing the batteries, performing a factory reset, and moving the Hubitat closer to the lock. I also purchased an Aeotec device to address potential range issues, but it hasn’t resolved the problem. When attempting to enroll the lock, I encounter a red cross on the keypad after reaching the recognition stage and being prompted for security preferences. The un-enroll function works intermittently, which is quite frustrating.
I’ve already reached out to the community forum, and now I’m turning to you for assistance before considering reverting back to SmartThings. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and help!
