Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some advice regarding an issue I’m experiencing with my Schneider Galaxy VS UPS. It seems that the unit is generating power interruptions rather than protecting against them, which is quite concerning. I’ve been using this UPS for a while now, and it was working fine until recently when these interruptions started happening frequently.
I’ve already tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as resetting the UPS, checking the connections, and ensuring that the firmware is up to date. However, the problem persists, and I’m not quite sure what else I can do to resolve it. I’ve also reached out to Schneider’s customer support, but I’m still waiting for a response.
