Hello fellow community members,
I’ve recently encountered a frustrating issue with Grafana on my Raspberry Pi 4 setup. After migrating from OpenHAB 2 to a fresh OpenHAB 4 installation, I noticed that Grafana crashes and restarts approximately every two minutes. This is quite disruptive to my monitoring setup, and I’m eager to resolve it.
Here’s what I know so far:
- Setup Details: I’m running OpenHAB 4 on a Raspberry Pi 4 with the latest openHABian image. Grafana and InfluxDB were installed using openHABian-config.
- Symptoms: Grafana starts up without issues, but after about two minutes, it crashes. The logs indicate an
SIGILL: illegal instruction
error, which I’m not entirely sure how to interpret. - Troubleshooting Steps: I’ve checked the Grafana and InfluxDB configurations, ensured all services are up-to-date, and reviewed the logs for any clues. However, the root cause remains elusive.
I’m hoping someone in the community might have encountered a similar issue or could offer some insights. Have you experienced instability with Grafana on Raspberry Pi? Any troubleshooting tips or configuration adjustments that might help stabilize the service?
Thank you in advance for your help and advice!
Best regards,
Bernard
