Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum and hoping for some guidance. I recently started using Sonoff Dual R3 and mini R4 switches to control exhaust fans in my house. These fans consume around 35W during normal operation and spike to 100W at startup. I connected two fans in parallel to one channel of the Dual R3, but I’ve encountered an issue where the external trigger stops working. I can’t control the fans from the wall switch anymore; the only way to start them is through the eWeLink app.
I suspect this might be related to inductive loads, but I’m not entirely sure. Has anyone else experienced something similar or have advice on how to resolve this? I’d greatly appreciate any insights or solutions you might have. Thanks in advance for your help!
