Hello everyone, I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered a frustrating issue with my Google Nest Mini 2nd generation device. It has completely stopped working, and I’m at a loss for how to resolve it.
Let me start by describing the problem. Every time I try to power on the device, it briefly shows two white LEDs, which then transition to four fixed white LEDs. After a few minutes, it shuts off entirely without any indication of life or sound. This pattern repeats every time I attempt to turn it on.
I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including resetting the device in all possible ways. Unfortunately, none of these attempts have been successful. The device doesn’t appear in the Google Home app, and I’m unable to perform any manual resets. I’m genuinely unsure of what to do next to get it working again.
I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insights the community might have. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Were there any specific steps that helped you resolve it? I’m eager to find a solution so I can get my Nest Mini back up and running.
