Seeking Help for Zigbee Coordinator Connectivity Issue

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for some guidance on an issue I’ve been struggling with regarding my Zigbee setup. I’ve been using openHAB for about a year now, and while I’ve managed to get most things working smoothly, there’s one persistent problem that’s been on my mind.

I recently upgraded my system to openHAB 2.4.0 and decided to transition my Zigbee coordination from a Raspberry Pi 3 B to a Raspberry Pi 3 B+. Everything seemed to go smoothly during the migration, but now my Zigbee coordinator is stuck in an ‘UNKNOWN’ state. This is quite puzzling because I was able to connect and control my Tradfri and Innr bulbs without any issues before the upgrade.

I’ve tried a variety of troubleshooting steps to resolve this. I’ve restarted both the Raspberry Pis multiple times, reinstalled the Zigbee binding, and even manually defined the controller as a thing. Despite these efforts, the coordinator remains offline. I’ve also experimented with different baud rates and flow controls, but nothing has made a difference so far.

Here’s what I’ve noticed in the logs:

2019-01-04 14:05:33.921 [hingStatusInfoChangedEvent] - ‘zigbee:coordinator_xbee:9c22886c’ changed from UNINITIALIZED to INITIALIZING
2019-01-04 14:05:34.113 [hingStatusInfoChangedEvent] - ‘zigbee:coordinator_xbee:9c22886c’ changed from INITIALIZING to UNKNOWN
2019-01-04 14:05:38.275 [me.event.ThingUpdatedEvent] - Thing ‘zigbee:coordinator_xbee:9c22886c’ has been updated.

It seems like the coordinator initializes but then immediately goes into an unknown state. I’m wondering if there’s something specific about the firmware or configuration that I’m missing. I’ve also considered the possibility of hardware issues, but the same stick works perfectly when plugged into my Windows PC using XCTU.

I’m hoping someone in the community might have encountered a similar issue or could offer some insights. Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. I’m determined to get this working and would be happy to provide any additional details needed.

Thanks in advance for your help!
