I’ve been trying to add a second VZ Samsung Tracker to my SmartThings setup, but it’s been quite the puzzle. I’ve followed the same steps I used for the first tracker, which worked perfectly, but this second one just doesn’t seem to connect. I’ve checked the IMEI, added it to my VZW account, and even tried swapping it with a new one, but nothing changes. The SmartThings app gets to 99% and then just stops, leaving me with no trace of the tracker in my app or IDE. I’ve reached out to Samsung and Verizon, but no luck so far. I’m hoping someone here might have encountered a similar issue or has a workaround. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated! Let’s see if we can crack this together.
