Seeking Help with Arlo Pro 3 Low Battery Notifications

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can shed some light on this issue I’m facing with my Arlo Pro 3 cameras. I’ve noticed that the low battery notifications stopped coming through sometime last year, and it’s been a bit of a headache ever since. I rely on these notifications to keep my cameras operational, but without them, I’ve had a few instances where my cameras went dead without warning—like the one that happened back in August.

I’ve reached out to Arlo support multiple times, but it feels like I’m going in circles. They keep sending me the same scripted responses, and nothing seems to resolve the issue. I’ve tried resetting the devices, checking the firmware, and even reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, did you find a solution or workaround? I’d really appreciate any advice or insights you might have. I’m hoping we can figure this out before another camera goes offline!
