Seeking Solutions for Multiple Smart Home Issues

Hi everyone, I’ve been diving into the world of smart home devices and have encountered a few challenges that I’m hoping you can help me with. Let’s start with my UPS device—it’s been giving me a constant beep issue. After some research, I found that others are experiencing similar problems, but I’m not quite sure how to resolve it. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times, but the issue persists. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Another issue I’m facing is with my Alexa device. It keeps getting stuck on a single song, which isn’t even on our family playlist. I’ve tried restarting it, clearing the cache, and even resetting it to factory settings, but nothing seems to work. It’s quite frustrating, especially since we rely on Alexa for daily routines. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

Lastly, I’m having trouble with my Shelly devices. I’ve set up a system where a motion sensor controls two channels of an RGBW2 light, and it works perfectly. However, when I try to use a switch to turn on all four channels, the motion sensor still affects the first two channels. I want the motion sensor to have no influence when the lights are on continuously. I’ve looked into using the Activation Switch via HTTP commands, but I’m not entirely sure how to implement it correctly. Any advice on how to configure this properly would be fantastic!

I’m really enjoying the flexibility and convenience that smart home devices offer, but these issues are holding me back. I’m hoping the community can shed some light on these problems. Thanks in advance for your help!
