Seeking Solutions for Remote Lock Calibration

I recently installed a Nuki lock at my mother’s home, and it’s been a fantastic addition to her security setup. However, I’ve encountered an issue that I’m hoping the community can help me resolve. The lock lost its calibration, and the app is showing an error message while the Nuki blinks rapidly. My mother lives 100 kilometers away, and she’s unable to perform the calibration herself. Additionally, the process is too complicated for her to handle, especially without technical support nearby.

I’ve reached out to Nuki support, but I’m curious if anyone else has faced a similar situation. How did you handle remote calibration? Was there a workaround or a tool that made the process easier? I’m particularly interested in any methods that allow calibration over the phone or through the app without requiring physical access to the lock.

If Nuki could introduce a feature for remote calibration, it would be incredibly helpful, especially for elderly users or those who live far from their properties. I’m hopeful that the community might have some innovative ideas or solutions to share. Let’s brainstorm together!
