Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for some help with an issue I’m experiencing with my smart home setup. I’ve been using my V1 Iris Contact Sensors for quite some time now, and they’ve been working perfectly. However, recently I’ve noticed something odd happening with the battery levels on a few of them. Some of my sensors are now showing negative battery percentages, which is quite confusing because they’re still functioning normally. For instance, my Living Room East Window sensor shows a battery level of -16%, and the Master Bathroom North Window sensor shows -52%. This doesn’t make much sense to me, as the devices are still operational. I’ve checked the last reported times, and they seem to be updating correctly. The only sensor that’s showing a positive battery level is the Master Bedroom Closet Window at 10%. I’m not sure if this is a glitch in the system or if there’s something I can do to correct these readings. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insights you might have. Let’s see if we can figure this out together!
