I’ve recently set up a Smart Hub and I’m trying to create some automations for my kitchen lights. I want the light strip to turn on when the motion sensor detects movement and turn off after 10 minutes of no movement. That part works perfectly! However, I don’t want this automation to run when it’s light outside. I’m wondering if there’s a way to set the automation to not run 15 minutes before sunrise and 15 minutes after sunset.
I’ve tried looking into the settings, but I can’t seem to find the right option. Maybe there’s a feature or a workaround I’m missing. If anyone has experience with this or knows a solution, I’d really appreciate the help!
It would be amazing if I could have my lights adjust automatically based on both motion and the time of day. I can’t wait to get this working smoothly!
