I have to agree, it gets in the way

Exactly what I was thinking. It is good to have the bot. But it should not become annoying.

Sometimes the bot is too serious :sweat_smile:
A little personality or friendly tone would help:
• short greetings
• simple language
• screenshots
• ‘step-by-step’ answers :slight_smile:

The bots are worse than useless. It dragged me to the forum by publishing a post that showed in a google search that said it had integrated a particle photon with SmartThings which is a complete and utter lie. This it what’s horrible about AI now. You have to sort through garbage to find accurate and useful information on the internet now. Just leave it to the experts instead of wasting everyone’s time.

Bots are only good for vacuuming the floor. Please send the Aqara Forum Bot to a nice and comfortable old people’s home. Thanks.

I find it annoying. There is one of my posts where the bot has replied 3 times!

Hard to say. Sometimes it’s helpful and sometimes it says something out of context what didn’t help at all. I think improvements in its context awareness and more personality could help to be more beneficial
