I recently installed a Shelly 1PM Mini Plus in my home, and I encountered a few challenges that I’d like to share with the community. Hopefully, this can help others who might be facing similar issues!

- I checked the Wi-Fi settings on my phone to ensure I wasn’t inadvertently blocking the Shelly device.
Nothing worked. I felt a bit stuck, but I decided to dig deeper. I reached out to the Shelly community and forums, and I found that others had similar issues. It turned out that the problem wasn’t with the device itself but with the way the circuit was wired. The Shelly 1PM Mini Plus requires a specific type of wiring to function properly, and my circuit didn’t meet those requirements.
The Solution:
After some research, I discovered that the Shelly 1PM Mini Plus needs to be installed in a way that allows it to detect power changes effectively. This means that the circuit shouldn’t have any other devices that could interfere with the power monitoring. I ended up rewiring the circuit to isolate the Shelly device, and that did the trick!
