Hello everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Shelly 2.5 devices and I’m hoping someone might have some insights or solutions. I have three Shelly 2.5 units set up to control my blinds, and they’ve been working perfectly for about two years. However, one of them has started experiencing intermittent WLAN connection drops.
The problem is that after a reset, the device only maintains its connection for about a minute before losing it again. The RSSI value is -57db, which I believe is within a normal range, and all data is transmitted via MQTT. Interestingly, the physical switches on the device still function correctly, so it’s not a hardware failure per se.
I’ve tried resetting the device multiple times, checking the router settings, and ensuring there’s no interference, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. I’m curious if anyone else has encountered similar problems or if there are any known fixes or workarounds for this.
