I recently set up an automation using the Shelly 2PM to open my electric blinds 10 seconds after my alarm goes off in the morning. While the concept is simple, I’ve encountered some unexpected delays in the process. Sometimes, after hearing the electronic click, it takes up to 10 seconds before the blinds actually start moving. This delay is consistent whether I use the IKEA 4-button switch or the Shelly Wall Switch 2 directly connected to the Shelly 2PM.
I’ve tried troubleshooting by resetting the devices and ensuring all connections are secure. Interestingly, when using the Shelly Wall Switch 2 directly, the blinds respond immediately without any delay. This inconsistency has left me puzzled, and I’m curious if others have experienced similar issues.
