Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to add my Shelly 2PM Plus device to the cloud, but I keep getting an error message saying, ‘Device owned by another user’. My device has a 12-digit ID, and I’m not sure how to resolve this issue. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is there a firmware patch or workaround for the Plus2PM? I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have. Thanks in advance!
