I’ve recently acquired a Shelly 3EM energy monitor, and I’m facing some challenges getting it to connect to my Wi-Fi network. While I’ve successfully set up multiple Shelly devices before, this one seems to be problematic. After installing the device and attempting to connect it to my Wi-Fi, it simply disappears without a trace. The built-in AP disconnects, but there’s no LAN connection established. I’ve tried both static IP and DHCP configurations, but neither seems to work. The Fritzbox 7490 doesn’t show any failed connection attempts in its logs, which is perplexing. I’ve also performed a hard reset, but the issue persists. The device’s LEDs indicate a slow flash on the green button LED, but the other LED remains off. I’m wondering if there’s a hardware issue or if there’s a specific configuration step I’m missing. Has anyone else encountered similar problems with the Shelly 3EM? I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insights on how to resolve this. Thanks in advance for your help!
