Hey everyone, I’m having a bit of trouble with my Shelly devices and wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this issue or might have some advice. I recently set up a Shelly Plus RGBW PM to control some LED strips, and while everything works perfectly on the Shelly app, I’m noticing some odd behavior when integrating with SmartThings.
The devices show up in the SmartThings app and I can control them just fine initially. However, after a while, they start appearing as offline. It’s a bit frustrating because I can still control them through the Shelly app, but SmartThings doesn’t recognize them anymore. The really strange part is that if I click on the device in SmartThings to turn it on or off, it suddenly switches back to online and works perfectly again. I’ve tried resetting the devices and even the SmartThings hub, but the problem persists.
I’m wondering if this is a common issue or if there’s a setting I might be missing. Has anyone else experienced something similar with Shelly devices and SmartThings? Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! I’m really enjoying the flexibility of Shelly devices, but this offline issue is a bit of a nuisance. Thanks in advance for any help!
