Hey everyone, I’ve encountered a puzzling issue with my Shelly 2 PM device and I’m hoping the community can shed some light. I’ve connected an air conditioner to one of the outlets, and while the device works perfectly, the energy consumption readings aren’t showing up as expected.
Here’s the situation: I turned on the AC around 5:40 PM, and it’s currently running at about 1kW. However, the energy measurements remain blank. I’ve attached some screenshots from today, and you can see that the measurements simply stop after a certain point. Initially, everything was working smoothly, but this issue started appearing out of the blue. I’ve tried rebooting the device, but it hasn’t made a difference.
I’m curious if anyone else has experienced similar problems or has any insights into what might be causing this. Could it be a firmware issue, a configuration error, or perhaps something else entirely? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
