Hi everyone,
I recently purchased two Shelly Plug S units to monitor the power consumption of some devices. One of them is working perfectly—both locally via the web interface and in the cloud. The other, however, is only accessible through the web interface and sporadically appears in the cloud, usually for just a few seconds before going offline again. Despite identical settings and placement, this one seems to have a persistent issue.
I’ve tried a factory reset, but it didn’t help. The unit does connect occasionally, but the power usage it reports is always 0W. I’m starting to think there might be a hardware defect. Has anyone else encountered similar issues or have any suggestions?
