Hi everyone, I’ve been having some trouble with my Shelly Pro 1PM device. Despite everything seeming to work correctly—like switching the connected lamp on and off—the device reports a power consumption of 0W in both the Shelly app and the cloud interface. This is puzzling because the lamp should be drawing around 4W when it’s on. I’ve checked the device’s firmware, which is up to date, and the app is also the latest version. When I query the device directly via its IP address, the JSON response shows the correct voltage, current, and other details, but the power remains at 0W. I’m wondering if this is a known issue or if there’s a setting I might have overlooked. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? I’m hoping to get this sorted out so I can accurately monitor my energy usage. Thanks in advance for any help!
