Hi everyone, I’m facing a recurring issue with my Shelly Pro 3EM, and I’m hoping someone might have some insights or solutions. The device is connected via LAN to my main router and is supposed to monitor my solar panel’s surplus energy. When surplus is detected, it should trigger certain devices to use the excess energy, like heating water. However, the cloud connection keeps dropping multiple times a day, which disrupts the automation. Strangely, the device remains accessible via its IP address even when the cloud connection is lost, so it’s not a hardware or network issue per se. I’ve tried resetting the router, updating the firmware, and even switching to a static IP, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. Does anyone have experience with similar issues or know of a way to bypass the cloud dependency for this setup? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
