Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well! I recently came across an interesting situation with my Shelly PRO 4PM devices and thought I’d share my experience in case others might find it helpful or have insights to share.
Last December, I ordered a Shelly PRO 4PM and received a model with 4 inputs and 4 outputs. Fast forward to July, I ordered another PRO 4PM, but this time, it only had 1 input and 4 outputs. Both devices have the same model designation, which is a bit confusing. I’m currently working on a project where I need to control several devices connected to different phases, and having the correct number of inputs is crucial for the setup to work properly.
I’m wondering if there’s a way to easily distinguish between these two versions of the PRO 4PM. Is there a specific identifier or feature that can help me tell them apart? Additionally, I’d appreciate any advice on where to find the version with 4 inputs, as I need it for my current project.
