Aqara any comment ? This case looking bad - Your customers have paid (me too) and have neither the goods nor information about what is happening. Why are you doing such fake actions? Do you really want to lose your reputation for a few pennies? Shame

Aqara … You are so good in shipments like in Aqara application localizations … especially localization in Polish is super good … it’s impossible to read it! Just as it’s impossible to read this nonsense about shipping things ordered over a month ago. You’re not serious.
Aqara says go on the Slack Channel for Updates. So on Slack there is nothing new. No Updates,no delivery Time. Come on Aqara what is going on? Fullfill the Orders, and dont open a Beta-Test when you have no Items to deliver. It is ridiculous!
Finally, yesterday I received an email confirming shipment and tracking… so it’s a nice delay. Poland too.

Received H1 today, cannot add H1 to aqara App. Used Link to register to slack but can’t find group.

Same here. No Slack Channel, No Connection to the App! 10€ send it in the Wind! At the Moment is it totally useless. So long wait for it and then goes Nothing! So Aqara help out here!
