Hi Aqara Team and Community,
I am writing from Greece. I’ve been trying to place an order through the official Aqara EU Store, but I noticed that Greece is not included in the shipping destinations, even though I have selected the “European” region in the settings.
As an EU member state, it is quite disappointing that we cannot order directly from the official store while many neighboring countries can.
I have a few questions:
- Is there a specific reason why shipping to Greece is currently unavailable?
- Are there any plans to include Greece in the shipping list in the near future?

Sorry, the Aqara EU Store currently only supports shipping to Germany, France, the UK, Italy, and Spain. We are working to expand delivery to more countries in the future.

You should definitely expand to Greece since the retailers here are more expensive than the official store.
