Hello, I have two problems with the “Aqara Shutter Switch H2 EU.” 1. When I connect two shutters, they don’t work. 2. I can’t connect it to the “Aqara DS-K01D V1 EU” wall switch with the shutter so I can control the knob. How can I solve this? I’m from Poland.

Hello, welcome to the forum. What options have you enabled in the switch? What protocol are you using for communication?

Aqara Shutter Switch H2 EU - Failed calibration with two motors

Hi there, We recently installed Aqara Shutter Switch H2 EU for all our shutters at home. They work like a charm, except for one case. We have a large terrasse door with shutters that are split into two individual segments, each controlled by an individual motor. We had a single analog switch that controlled both motors. The Aqara Shutter Switch H2 EU is able to drive both motors, but it fails during calibration. It is not able to detect the travel limits when both motors are connected. I tri…
