I recently set up an outdoor Sengled dimmable bulb and created two Simple Automation Rules to control it. The first rule turns the bulb on at 30% brightness at sunset and off at sunrise. The second rule is triggered by a motion sensor, turning the bulb on at 100% brightness and then off after 8 minutes. While this setup works, I’d love for the bulb to remain on at a specified brightness after the motion trigger, rather than turning off entirely. I understand this might require a more advanced Rule Machine task, but I’m hoping there’s a simpler way to achieve this within the existing Simple Automation Rules framework. Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions!
