Smart Camera Setup Challenges and Solutions

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue with setting up smart cameras. I recently purchased a few Wyze PanCam and V3 cameras for my office, and while they work perfectly at home, I’m having trouble connecting them to my office Wi-Fi through the Wyze app on my iPhone. At work, my phone is connected to the office Wi-Fi, but the app doesn’t recognize the cameras. I had to use a coworker’s phone to set them up, which is not ideal since I’m responsible for security. Has anyone else faced this problem? I’d love to hear if there are any workarounds or solutions out there.

On a different note, I’ve been really impressed with how the Wyze cameras have improved with the latest beta firmware. The motion tracking is more accurate, and I’m receiving most of the alerts now. However, there’s still an issue where the PanCams get locked onto a ceiling fan, even though it’s outside my detection zones. It’s a bit frustrating, but I’m hopeful that future firmware updates will address this.
