Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my experience setting up my Wyze cameras. It’s been a bit of a journey, but I’ve learned a few things along the way that might help others. 
I recently upgraded my home security system and decided to go with Wyze cameras. At first, I was really impressed by how easy the setup seemed. I followed the instructions, used the QR code, and everything connected smoothly. But then, I ran into a snag with two older cameras that didn’t have a reset button. They just wouldn’t connect, no matter what I tried. After some research and reaching out to the community, I found that resetting the camera via the app worked like a charm! 
Another thing I noticed is the importance of firmware updates. I had an older model that was acting up, and after updating the firmware, it worked perfectly. It’s a small step, but it made a big difference. I also learned to check the network settings regularly—sometimes a simple restart of the router can solve connectivity issues.
For those of you who might be struggling with similar issues, here’s a quick tip: if your camera isn’t connecting, try resetting it to factory settings and starting over. It’s a bit time-consuming, but it often resolves hidden problems. Also, make sure your Wi-Fi network is stable and that there are no obstructions blocking the signal.
