Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with the Govee smart heater. I was part of the testing group for the 11-inch version, and while I thought it was working well at first, I ran into some issues after the firmware update. The heater turned on without any problems, but when I tried to turn it off using Alexa, it didn’t respond as expected. Instead of turning off, it went into full blast mode, which was pretty frustrating. Alexa even told me it was off, which was confusing and a bit annoying. I sent a problem report to Govee, but I’m still curious if anyone else is having the same issue. It’s been a while since I got the replacement, and the problem persists. I really hope they can fix this soon because I love the idea of voice-controlled heating, but this glitch is a deal-breaker for me. If anyone has any tips or workarounds, I’d love to hear them!
