I wanted to share my recent success with setting up a smart heating automation system in my home. It’s been a fantastic way to save energy and ensure comfort all year round! 
I’ve been using a combination of Sonoff TRV valves and a Zigbee thermostat to control the heating in my house. The setup integrates perfectly with my smart home hub, allowing me to manage everything from my phone or through voice commands. The best part? It automatically adjusts based on my schedule and room occupancy! 
One challenge I faced was ensuring consistent communication between the Zigbee devices and my hub. After some research, I discovered that updating the firmware on my Aeotec WallMote and ensuring all Zigbee settings were optimized made a huge difference. Now, everything runs smoothly! 
If anyone is looking to set up a similar system, I’d recommend starting with a reliable Zigbee hub and investing in good quality smart valves. Also, don’t forget to test your automation rules thoroughly and keep your devices updated to avoid any connectivity issues.
