Smart Home Air Quality Monitoring and Ventilation Control Project

Hi everyone! I’m a computer science student and I’ve chosen a fascinating topic for my final bachelor project: Home Air Quality Monitoring and Automated Ventilation Control. I wanted to share my progress and seek your insights or experiences, especially with recuperation units or ventilation systems.

My goal is to design a system that adjusts ventilation based on real-time sensor data—like CO2, VOCs, humidity, and temperature. I’d love to create specifications that make the ventilation control as efficient and user-friendly as possible.

I’ve already started brainstorming how to integrate sensors with existing ventilation systems. For example, if CO2 levels rise above a certain threshold, the system could automatically increase airflow. I’m also thinking about how to provide users with clear feedback, maybe through a dashboard or mobile app.

I’d be grateful for any suggestions or recommendations you might have! Whether it’s about sensor placement, data analysis, or user interface design, your input would be invaluable. If anyone is interested in testing the final solution, please let me know—I’d love to collaborate!

Thank you all for your time and support! Looking forward to hearing from you.
