Hey everyone, I wanted to share a success story about my recent smart home automation project. After struggling with unreliable motion sensors for months, I finally got everything working smoothly! 
Here’s the backstory: I wanted to set up my bathroom lights to turn on when motion is detected and play a soothing track for a relaxing experience. The challenge was making sure the music didn’t reset every time the sensor detected new motion. After some research and trial and error, I figured out a solution using Rule Machine on my C7 hub.
I documented the entire process and thought it might help someone else facing similar challenges. Here’s a quick overview of what I learned:

Motion Sensor Reliability: I upgraded to more reliable sensors and positioned them strategically to cover the entire bathroom area without blind spots.

Rule Machine Setup: I used a combination of delays and conditional actions to ensure the music starts once and continues for 5 minutes after the last motion detection.

Volume Control: I added a pre-delay to adjust the volume before the music starts, ensuring a smooth transition.
