The house had a tropical design with wide glass panels, exposed beams, and discrete HomeKit tech throughout. - Blinds & Shades: Automated systems were integrated with time-of-day and presence sensors to provide privacy and regulate light.
- Cameras: Netatmo and Logitech Circle View cameras were installed for security and monitoring.
- Network: A robust Wi-Fi 7 setup with fiber and Starlink failover ensured reliable connectivity.
- Pool & Fireplace: Integrated into scenes for easy control and ambiance setting.
