Does such a device exist? Currently, it seems like the only off-the-shelf solutions for lamps are the following:
Regular lamp with smart bulb, but it wouldn’t support physical controls, only with paired buttons/remotes
Regular lamp and dumb bulbs with/ smart plug. Also lacks physical controls and even dimming functionality, aside from the Lutron one.
Smart lamps with fixed lighting. Hue and Govee have a few options, but it seems like once the LED gives out, the entire thing becomes useless.
Are there any devices like what I’m asking for? And if not, I really hope Aqara will fill that void someday.

No idea what you are asking for to be honest.
Does a smart in-wall switch not meet your needs here? After all, it makes a dumb bulb ‘smart’
I mean standalone lamps, like floor and table lamps. Not built-in fixtures with an in-wall switch.

Ohhh I see.
Aqara did recently conduct a survey on this topic. I am sure they would be interested in your thoughts @AqaraOfficial
In the meantime I would engineer one myself by hiding an aqara relay in the lamp somewhere, and reusing or modifying the wiring to the switch in a way that makes it both smart and dumb.
