Hey everyone, I’m excited to share my recent journey into smart lighting automation. I’ve been using Cree connected bulbs with the Smart Lighting app, and it’s been a game-changer for my home setup. I wanted to create an automation where my backyard lights dim to 10% at sunset and then brighten to 100% when motion is detected. It works perfectly the first time, but I ran into an issue where the lights turn off after the timer completes instead of returning to the dimmed state. I’m wondering if there’s a way to tweak the automation so the lights stay at 10% until sunrise. I’ve tried adjusting the timer settings and checking the motion sensor sensitivity, but no luck yet. If anyone has tips or tricks, I’d love to hear them! It’s been such a fun project, and I can’t wait to get it sorted.
