I’ve been really enjoying experimenting with smart lighting automation in my home, and I wanted to share some of my experiences and tips with the community. 
Starting with my Govee smart LED lights, I’ve found them to be a fantastic addition to my setup. Their ability to sync with music and create dynamic lighting effects has truly enhanced my entertainment experience. I recently set up a routine where my lights automatically adjust to match the ambiance of whatever I’m watching on my TV. It’s such a small touch, but it makes a world of difference!
One of my favorite automations involves my white noise machine. I’ve configured it to turn on at 11 PM every night and off at 9 AM. It’s been a game-changer for creating a relaxing bedtime routine and ensuring I wake up in a calm environment. Pairing this with some subtle lighting changes has really made my mornings feel more peaceful.
I also wanted to mention the ESP Home and Micro Servos integration I’ve been working on. It’s been a bit of a learning curve, especially with the servo rotations and speed adjustments, but the results are starting to pay off. I’ve managed to automate my venetian blinds to tilt open and close based on my schedule, which is a huge convenience.

- Experiment with routines: Don’t be afraid to tweak your automations. What works for one person might not work for you.
