I recently embarked on a project to automate my home lighting system, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! 
I decided to go with Wyze smart color bulbs for their affordability and versatility. However, I encountered a bit of a challenge when it came to changing the light colors manually. Every time I wanted to switch from red to white, I had to open the Wyze app, which was a bit of a hassle. I wondered if there was a smarter way to control the colors without constantly reaching for my phone.
That’s when I came across the idea of using a smart switch in conjunction with the Wyze bulbs. The goal was to cycle through different color settings using the physical switch. After some research, I discovered that while the Wyze app has its limitations, using a compatible smart switch could indeed simplify the process. I decided to give it a try and was thrilled when it worked seamlessly! Now, I can easily toggle between red, white, and off with just a flick of the switch. 
This setup has completely transformed my living space. The ability to change the ambiance with such ease has made my home feel more connected and modern. It’s these small innovations that truly make a difference in our daily lives. If anyone has tips on optimizing smart lighting further or alternative solutions, I’d love to hear them!
