Hello everyone, I’ve been exploring the Smart Lighting features on my Hue bulbs and wanted to share my experience. I recently set up my bulbs to mirror each other using the new app, and it’s been quite a journey!
Initially, I was thrilled to see that the on/off behavior and dimming levels worked seamlessly across all my bulbs. However, I noticed that changes in color temperature weren’t being mirrored as expected. This was a bit puzzling, as I assumed the mirroring feature would handle all aspects of the bulb settings. After some research, I discovered that this might be a known limitation, but I’m hopeful that future updates will address this.
To work around this, I’ve been manually adjusting the color temperature on each bulb, which isn’t ideal but gets the job done for now. I’d love to hear if anyone else has encountered this issue or found a more efficient solution. Additionally, I’d appreciate any tips on optimizing the mirroring feature for a more cohesive lighting experience.
Overall, I’m really enjoying the flexibility and customization that smart lighting offers. It’s been a great way to enhance the ambiance in my home, and I’m excited to see how this technology continues to evolve. Thanks for reading, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
