I recently moved into a new home and was pleasantly surprised to find a VeraLite system installed by the previous owners. The VeraLite controls the keypad lock on the front door and a security closet, which is a great feature! However, I’ve been having some trouble resetting the system to my network and updating the access codes. I tried creating a new account and going through the setup process on the Vera website, but it couldn’t find the controller on my network (which makes sense since we have a completely new network setup). When I tried entering the information from the back of the controller, it told me the details were incorrect. Has anyone else experienced this issue or has tips for resetting a VeraLite system? I’d really appreciate any guidance!
