I just wanted to share my recent success with setting up a smart lighting system in my home! 
It’s been a journey filled with excitement, a few bumps along the way, but ultimately a rewarding experience.
About a month ago, I decided to take the plunge into the world of smart lighting. I had heard so many great things about products like Govee and Philips Hue, and I was eager to see how they could transform my home. I started by researching different lighting options, reading reviews, and watching tutorials to make sure I was making the right choices.
The first step was choosing the right devices. I went with a mix of Govee RGB strips and Philips Hue bulbs to give me a good balance of color options and reliability. One of the highlights of this project was setting up a scene where my bedroom lights gradually brighten in the morning to help me wake up more naturally. It’s such a small thing, but it has made a huge difference in my daily routine. My partner and I also love how we can change the lighting mood with just a voice command, whether we’re entertaining guests or winding down for the night.
