Since I own my home and have some basic electrical skills, I felt confident tackling the installation without needing an electrician. The process was straightforward, and the results were immediate. However, I do miss the tactile feedback that comes with flipping a switch, which is something that smart switches inherently provide.

They’re more practical for tasks that require consistent lighting, and they don’t have the same lag that I sometimes experience with the bulbs.

On the other hand, smart bulbs are more affordable initially, but replacing them can add up over time, especially if they’re used in multiple rooms.
