Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent success in syncing my Magic Home RGBW rope lights! 
After some trial and error, I managed to get them working perfectly together using the Virtual Device Sync app. It was a bit tricky at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing!
I started by creating a rule in the Rule Machine to monitor changes in the dimmer level, color, and switch state of my primary rope light. The challenge was capturing these changes and applying them to the secondary set. After some research, I realized I needed to use custom variables to store the values from the primary light and then apply them to the secondary one. It took a few adjustments, but now both sets of lights are perfectly in sync!
Here’s a quick tip for anyone looking to do something similar: Start simple by syncing just one attribute, like brightness, before adding more complex changes like color transitions. This helps identify any issues early on. Also, don’t hesitate to reach out to the community for help—there are some brilliant minds here who are more than willing to assist!
