Smart Lock 2.0 Firmware 2.7.0 Update Experience

Good morning everyone! I was thrilled to see the new beta firmware 2.7.0 update pop up in the app this morning. While I’m eager to dive in and update my smart lock, I thought it would be helpful to share my experience with the previous firmware updates and what I’m hoping to see in this new release.

I’ve been using the Smart Lock 2.0 for about a year now, and I’ve always appreciated how seamless the updates have been. The last firmware update, 2.6.0, introduced some really handy features like improved auto-locking functionality and better integration with my smart home ecosystem. These enhancements have made my daily routine much more convenient—no more fumbling for keys when I’m in a hurry!

What excites me most about this new update is the potential for even more robust security features. With the increasing importance of home security, any improvements in encryption or authentication methods would be a huge plus. I’m also curious to see if there are any new automation options or integrations with other smart devices.

One thing I’ve noticed in the past is that firmware updates can sometimes cause temporary glitches, but I’ve always found the support team to be responsive and helpful if any issues arise. I’m hopeful that this update will be as smooth as the last one.

If anyone has already had a chance to update or has any insights about the release notes, I’d love to hear your thoughts! It’s always great to learn from the community before making the jump to a new firmware version.

Looking forward to seeing what this update brings and how it can further enhance my smart home experience! :rocket:
