Smart Lock Integration Issues

Hi everyone! I’m new to the smart home setup and I’m trying to integrate my new smart lock with the system. I followed the guide from the manufacturer, but I’m still having trouble getting it to work seamlessly with my existing security system. Every time I try to sync it, I get an error message saying ‘Connection Failed.’ I’ve tried resetting both devices, checking the Wi-Fi connection, and even reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work. I’m really confused because it worked fine during setup, but now it just won’t connect. This is starting to affect my daily routine, as I have to manually unlock the door every time. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any tips or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!
